Step 1, Remove associated toolbars.
Go to Start menu →Control Panel →Add/Remove Programs→ Remove all other toolbars, for instance, Alot toolbar or Babylon toolbar.
Step2, Delete add-ons
Open ‘Customize and control’ Google Chrome icon, choose ‘Settings’; → Click to choose ‘Basic Options’. → Re-set Google Chrome’s homepage to google.com or any other sites that you prefer and click the ‘Manage search engines’ button; → Choose ‘Google’ from the list and make it as default search engine; → Choose ‘Search Results’ and remove it by clicking the “X”.
Step 3- Reset default browser
Open your Internet Explorer -> click Tools -> choose Internet Options -> click Advanced -> choose Reset option -> click Yes to save the change.
If you are using Google Chrome browser: Click ‘Customize and control’ Google Chrome icon, choose ‘Settings’; → Click ‘Basic Options’. →remove Searchreno.com and set it as google.com →click the ‘Manage search engines…’ button; →choose ‘Google’ from the list and make it your default search engine; →choose ‘Search Results’ from the list →clicking the “X” mark.
Step 4- Disable any suspicious startup items that are made by infections.
For Windows Xp: Click Start menu -> click Run -> type: msconfig in the Run box -> click Ok to open the System Configuration Utility -> Disable all possible startup items.
For Windows Vista or Windows7: click start menu->type msconfig in the search bar -> open System Configuration Utility -> Disable all possible startup items.
Step 5- open your Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys and then stop random processes
